PAYMENT OPTIONS U.S. BUYERS
There are several payment alternatives you may choose from: credit card over the phone is preferred and most secure for you. We do not save, store or share your information with anyone so its not possible for it to be stolen. Our credit card merchant company services thousands of multi million dollar business across the Usa and I'm proud to be working with a company like that even though we're a small shop.
Checks, money orders & cashiers checks are welcome but must clear before shipping. Please allow up 5 days to  2 weeks clearance.
With all the fraud online now days, This is a MUST-  I am sorry for the delay you may experience.

CREDIT CARD
All credit cards must pass security clearance through
your credit card company to verify you are who you say, and verify the billing/shipping address.
I will need the card number, card type, expiration date, security code, and in some cases, the  toll free customer service number located
on the back of your card and  your name and billing address and phone number.
I will only ship to verified billing addresses.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS -  NOTICE*
*The shopping cart shipping rates DO NOT apply to out of the US 48 state buyers. You must contact me for a shipping rate. If you use the onsite checkout and shopping cart, and do not contact us, you will receive an additional bill for the additional shipping charges. No exceptions.
Additionally, there is a handling fee of 25.00 for all Guitar orders outside of USA under a 1000.00. This covers additional fees to accept payments as well as labor and office time for customs forms, and clerical work and supplies
If you are not able to purchase thru our website, it because your location requires more attention for a shipping quote.

I prefer Bank Wire Transfers but will also accept, International Money Orders, Bank Checks in US Dollars, Western Union & Paypal.
If you choose the wire transfer you must add $35 per transfer.
Your bank will also charge you a fee for transferring the money so check with them first.
International Money Orders and Bank Checks must also clear before shipping product.
Until our world has better trade policies and security for both of us,I do not accept international credit cards.                                                       Hopefully this will change as the markets evolve.
There is simply way too much liability- I am sorry.
If you wanted to use a credit card, take it to your bank for a cash advance and then transfer the cash thru a Bank Wire Transfer.

DEPOSIT TERMS~REFUNDS Online & In Store
Deposits placed to hold an incoming item or to order items not "in-stock", will not be refunded as cash,
rather as store credit towards another purchase.
When you agree to buy an incoming item and send the deposit, the item gets placed "On Hold" for you.
This is visible to thousands of potential buyers that may have wanted to purchase the same item but saw it was
on hold for someone else. Therefore, in the interest of all parties, this is the system in place.
If you cancel an order, your deposit is non refundable.
All parts order sales are final and are non returnable/refundable.
Many times people order the wrong parts and these are always special delivery from the manufacturer to me.
I do assist and make every effort to ensure you are ordering  the proper part.  When in doubt, just ask- I'm here to help, that's what I do.

RETURNS- Online Purchases-
72 Hour Guarantee with a 15% restock fee less shipping on all returns.
All new purchases are covered under full manufactures warranty!
Most other items such as used guitars etc. will be notated if it has an in-store warranty.
Restocking fee is present to discourage "buyer remorse" We've all bought gear due to that fabulous GAS and then regretted spending the money- (me too) This policy is primarily in place for this reason. In the event you need to make a return, I try to evaluate each persons situation and help out in the best interest of both parties involved.
EBAY- Note- All eBay auction Items thru Vwall Guitars & Copperhead Music are not covered under the standard return policy.
Due to ridiculous fees and long wait time to be reimbursed by eBay, all sales on eBay are final unless auctions state otherwise.
We at Vwall Guitars & Copperhead Music  prefer you buy direct from us, but we have an eBay account for your convenience.

RETURNS In Store Purchases-
7 day return Policy-
Less a 15% restock fee on all returns. All items retuned must be free from user defect which includes but not limited to-
Wear and tear, player use, mishandling or damage caused by improper maintenance, scratches, scuffs, paint ships, effect pedals and rack wear
and rashing on the rack mounts, etc. Any defective product from manufacture will be indemnified from this clause.
All new purchases are covered under full manufactures warranty unless stated as used or demo where there may be limited warranty
or in store warranty provided.
